Your studio is exceptional.
Your training is elite.
Your community is powerful.
So why doesn’t your social media show that?
Right now, posting feels like a chore. A guessing game. A constant “we should be doing more” cloud hanging over your head.
Stop the Scroll is where that ends.
This is where social media stops feeling random… and starts working for your studio.
From Stressful Posting
Strategic Growth
you don't need more reels.
you don't need more templates.
you don't need to chase the next trend.
You need a system.
Because social media success doesn’t come from posting more — it comes from posting with purpose.
What You’ll
Walk Away With
This isn’t theory. This is DONE WITH YOU,
not just taught to you.
Why This Matters Now
Right now, most studios are stuck in a loop:
- chasing likes but not enrollment
- copying trends but not strategy
- posting daily without purpose
That stops here.
When you build a social media system, not just posts:
- your studio shows up consistently
- your message mirrors your quality
- your audience becomes a community
- your team can run the show
Social media stops being a chore and becomes a growth engine.
Who This is Designed For
This event is perfect for:
Studio owners who feel overwhelmed by content
Studio teams ready to take ownership of social media
Leaders who want clarity, structure, and a proven system
Studios who want marketing that matches the quality inside their walls
If you feel like your social media doesn’t capture what your studio really is or could be — this is your next step.
Meet your Guides!
CEO of the DSOA, Olivia Mode-Cater
Olivia Mode-Cater is the CEO of the Dance Studio Owners Association and the founder of a globally recognized dance education company that began with a $200 website and a single social media account.
A trailblazer in dance education and entrepreneurship, Olivia has helped scale multiple businesses in the dance space to six, seven, and eight figures. Her own journey started with steady posting, clear messaging, and content that truly connected. That consistency grew her brands businesses to over 50,000 followers, generated millions of views across platforms, and positioned her as one of the go-to marketing voices in the dance industry.
Known for bold, high-converting messaging that resonates regardless of the audience, Olivia doesn’t just teach social media trends — she teaches strategy. Her content drives attention, authority, and real business growth.
At Stop the Scroll, she’ll share the exact systems and frameworks dance studio owners can use to create content that grabs attention, builds trust, and turns followers into enrolled families — without burning out or chasing every new trend.
Social media coach and content manager, sophie mckie
Sophie Mckie is a social media strategist, educator, and creative entrepreneur specialising in content that cuts through noise and builds genuine connection.
She is the Social Media Coach and Content Manager for Dance Studio Owners Association, where she supports studio owners around the world in developing clear, sustainable social media systems. In this role, Sophie works directly with dance studios internationally, managing and advising on social media strategy that prioritises clarity, community trust, and long-term growth.
Alongside her client and education work, Sophie is the founder of Milibelle, a dance advocacy and creative brand with over 47,000 followers on Instagram, grown entirely through organic content with no paid advertising. Milibelle’s content has reached audiences globally and has been featured in industry publications for its impact on conversations around inclusivity, culture, and dancer wellbeing.
In addition to building her own brand, Sophie has managed social media for dance studios and creative businesses worldwide. Through this work, she has helped a managed account scale from 100,000 views to over 1 million views in a single month, using strategic content systems rather than trend-chasing or paid reach.
Sophie’s social media expertise is grounded in nearly three decades within the dance industry. She has been a senior teacher at HVT Studio of Performing Arts since 2013 and is regularly employed to teach, choreograph, and deliver workshops throughout Australia. Her experience as an adjudicator further shapes her ability to communicate clearly, give actionable feedback, and understand the realities of studio life.
This blend of deep industry experience and real-world digital results defines Sophie’s approach to social media: human-first, systems-led, and designed to be sustainable.

Sophie was so knowledgeable and I can't wait to get to work on all the gold she shared to make my instagram work for me!
Sophie is absolutely amazing. She's given me so much gold in this session, as well as the last one. I literally have over 6 months worth of homework to do. Such an amazing hire!
